Fleetwood Mac

#2

You might know this stunning and also many-sided band, Fleetwood Mac, named after drummer Mick Fleetwood and bassist John McVie. And even if you don't know them, you surely came along some of their songs.
Best known for their pop rock music (70's - now), Fleetwood Mac started quiet differently: as a blues band, including Peter Green and Jeremy Spencer (both: guitar + vocals).
Songs like 'Oh well' and 'Albatross' represented the mood of that time.

As I am amazed by the early band's strong sounds, I prefer the more rocking tunes of the late Fleetwood Mac, including Stevie Nicks, Lindsey Buckingham and Christine McVie (Perfect). Songs like 'Gypsy' and 'Little Lies' won't leave your head for a long time.

If you want to know more about the band history, click on the band's name above.
I'm really glad, that the band members work together again.
Right know they tour the USA and Europe in the near future, I hope.

Goodies:

early Fleetwood Mac's (Green's) cover version of  'Need your love so bad':
late Fleetwood Mac's (Buckingham) 'Big Love' - 2 versions - and 'Go Insane':
'The Chain':
'Rhiannon':

I have to add one specific comment: please cut th e crappy covers out - it can never possibly sound as good as good old Lindsey. I don't intend to be mean or anything, but ... really ... show me a good cover and I'll delete this comment :)
